Jack Weinstein

Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer

Jack Weinstein serves as Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Catalyst. For the last 20 years Mr. Weinstein has primarily been employed as an investment banker with various firms, including The Avalon Group, Ltd.; Laden­burg Thalmann & Co. Inc.; Gruntal & Co., LLC; Lepercq, de Neuflize & Co. Inc.; and E.F. Hutton & Co. Inc. During his career as an investment banker, Mr. Weinstein completed a number of public and private financings, as well as mergers and acquisitions, for pharmaceutical companies. He was also a General Partner of Lepercq Capital Partners, a $32 million private equity fund, has served as Chair­man of National Food Services Inc. and as a board member of Weather In­for­ma­tion Technologies, Inc., and Climatrol, Inc. Mr. Weinstein earned a bachelor's de­gree magna cum laude from the University of Miami and an MBA from Harvard Uni­ver­si­ty Graduate School of Business Administration. He is a member of the Licensing Executives Society, a professional association whose members engage in the transfer, use, development, manufacture and marketing of intellectual property.
