Biography

Gregg joined Catalyst in 2024 as the VP, Human Resources, and was named EVP, Chief Human Resources Officer, in 2025. With 3 decades of experience in human resources roles in the pharmaceutical industry, Gregg joined Catalyst for the opportunity to build a function and the foundational HR organizational systems from the ground up.
