Paul Friel

Biography

Paul joined Catalyst in 2024 as a consultant to advise the company on the opportunity to help patients with cancer-associated LEMS. He joined as EVP, Corporate Operations, in January 2026 to help drive organization-wide consistency and rigor in key business areas that help enable operational efficiency. Paul spent the majority of his career at TAP/Abbott/Takeda helping the company expand to new markets. Most recently, Paul led commercial organizations for numerous start-ups. Having decades of experience in oncology and rare disease, Paul joined Catalyst to focus his expertise on his passion for healing patients.
