Tara Bey

Biography

Tara joined Catalyst in 2021 as Executive Director of Quality Assurance and was promoted in 2023 to VP of Quality, R&D/Compliance. Tara was in the Medical Device industry for the first 7 years of her career and then transitioned to Bio Pharma where she has grown and influenced quality culture within various organizations. She joined Catalyst at a time of growth and expansion, ensuring that we deliver safe and effective drugs to patients. In the rare disease space—where patient populations are small and the treatments are often first-in-class—the role of Quality is foundational to both commercial success and ethical responsibility.
