Biography

Will is the Chief Medical Officer of Catalyst Pharmaceuticals. He joined the company in June 2025 after spending the majority of his career working on rare diseases across various therapeutic areas. As a physician in industry and a former clinician, Will’s goal is to look for ways to improve the patient experience by uncovering the unique and powerful ways medicines can impact people’s lives.

From my career in clinical practice to working in biopharmaceuticals, I’ve been driven to discover how medical innovation can improve and extend a person’s life. Since I was a little kid, seeing other people suffer has always broken my heart. I consider it a gift and a privilege to work in a field in which we use medical scientific research to make a difference in the lives of patients.”
